Invitations to holiday parties and gatherings flood in and you still need to plan your own. Although holiday dinners are fun, allowing family and friends to get together and enjoy each other’s company, the days before can be stressful. Whether it’s coordinating meals, cooking, cleaning, prepping or decorating, it seems like time is running out.

When considering if there is room for everyone coming to your holiday gathering, you may find yourself in a bind needing extra tables or seating. You probably don’t want to purchase another set for just a once-a-year event, and borrowing miss-matched pieces from friends and neighbors is too much of a hassle. At Broadway Tent & Event, it is easy and inexpensive to rent tables, chairs, and anything else you may need for your holiday gatherings. There is no need to beg and borrow from your family members, friends and neighbors, along with keeping track of where it all came from so you can return it! At Broadway Tent & Event, we have a wide variety of everything you may find yourself needing to supply your holiday party and cover your tables with. Here are a few items that are available:

China: Fulfill your needs with china pieces such as creamers, soup bowls, coffee cups and saucers. If you are short on plates, or you simply want everything to match!

Tables: We have various types and sizes of tables for your serving or seating needs. A half round or narrow classroom table is great for drinks or desserts because they aren’t too big and fit easily around the room. For more room to eat or for a kid’s table, order a round, rectangle or square table that fits best for your guests.

Chairs: For the extra tables, you’ll need more chairs to be sure all your guests will have a spot around the table to feast. We also have kid’s sized chairs as well.  We also carry linen chair covers in case you want to dress it up!

Linens: We also have a wide variety of other linens for tablecloths, and napkins to go with your theme and style.

You will also find miscellaneous items you may need to serve your feast such as extra silverware, serving dishes and bread baskets. Don’t forget about dessert! Layered dessert trays are available to display all those delicious treats you have made. Wine, champagne and punch glasses are also available if you need extras as well.

With the holidays we often have a shortened workweek for our staff and by doing so we allow customers to many times pick up equipment earlier than normal and/or return later than normal at no extra cost. Be sure to check our holiday hours for pick up and return!
