Stay Outdoors
The best and easiest way to minimize risk is to keep the party fully outdoors. From food and drinks to games and mingling, plan for every aspect of the party to be held outside.

If your guest list is large, consider staggering guest arrival times. You could ask family to arrive at one time and friends at another, or divide guests into groups based on their last names. Set specific blocks and ask guests to adhere to their specified time as closely as possible.
Offer a Drive-By Option
For folks who are high-risk or who aren’t comfortable attending parties, offer a drive-by graduation party option. This will allow them to congratulate the graduate while staying safe.
